Injury Recovery Training

Remember:

  1. One of the best ways to prevent injury is to listen to the warning signs the body gives out. The common expression “no pain, no gain” creates a large misconception. Pain is the body’s way of telling you something is not right!
  2. Recovering from injury can be divided into two phases: the acute phase (immediate following the injury); and the chronic phase (long term recovery back to full strength and function).

At Fit, Healthy & Happy, we have people training from all different ages and socio- economic backgrounds. 

Some of our youngest clients are high school students and some are in their prime. Our oldest client is still going strong and training every week – he is in his 90’s.

We will tailor a program that suits your individual fitness level and age.  As you progress through your program in our friendly training environment, we will monitor your performance and update your program accordingly.
