Brief History
Fit, Healthy & Happy grew out of a passion for fitness and healthy living.
What started out as umpiring in the local football association as a means to keep fit, segued into gym sessions with Stan Nicholes, the person who would become my teacher and mentor.
What followed was a series of professional courses and on-the-job learning with Stan. Starting my own gym in 1986 was a big step forward. Meeting Linda (through Stan’s gym) was another step forward and added another dimension to the business.
Over 30 years later and we can say that we have enjoyed every minute of our journey.

Fit, Healthy & Happy classes are always fun, challenging and offer a variety of different programs to include a full body workout with each session.
We have a diverse clientele and cater for all fitness levels and objectives.

Martin Kilduff
Martin has over 30 years experience in Strength & Conditioning Training, having learnt his trade under the guidance of Sporting Hall of Fame inductee, Stan Nichols.
Linda Kilduff
Linda has a background in Tennis playing State Grade Pennant & coaching tennis from beginners to advanced competitive players for over 30 years. Linda Kilduff also has a background of working with people with disabilities.
